By registering or using Exsell, you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulatory guidelines.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Exsell platform.

Exsell provides a centralized, subscription-based data intelligence platform to assist Indian exporters in identifying and verifying buyers, reviewing company authenticity, analyzing trade insights, and automating outreach via AI email tools.
Exsell does not provide leads for purchase or resale; the platform offers access to data and tools for informational and business use only.

Access to certain services is available only to registered, subscribed users who have completed the onboarding process and agreed to these Terms.
You must use the platform for your business’s own internal export-related activities and not for resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any content or data.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities conducted through your account.
You agree to:
1. Use Exsell solely for lawful export business in India.
2. Not engage in any data scraping, automated extraction, or unauthorized sharing of platform data.
3. Not use bots, scripts, or any automated tools to access data.
4. Promptly notify Exsell of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

All platform content (text, data, analytics, graphics, software, reports, and documentation) is the exclusive property of Exsell and its licensors.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any material accessed through Exsell except as permitted for your internal business use.
The branding and trademarks of Exsell may not be used without prior written consent.

Exsell is a subscription-based service. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are as specified at the time of sign-up or renewal.
All payments must be made as per the plan selected and the applicable GST and Indian tax laws.
Subscription access is non-transferable.
Refunds for subscribed services, if any, will be governed by the refund policy detailed on the platform at the time of purchase. Requests must meet specified refund conditions and are subject to review.

All data and content are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis for reference and decision-making in the context of Indian exports.
Exsell and its data sources do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the utility of data for their business context.
Redistribution, republication, or sharing of any data outside the user’s organization is strictly prohibited.

Reselling, sublicensing, or re-brokering of data or services.
Sharing access with unauthorized individuals or third parties.
Using the service for non-business, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
Attempting to undermine, disrupt, or damage the operation or security of the platform.

The platform is provided without warranties of any kind.
Exsell shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services or data provided.
You accept sole responsibility for business decisions made using the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exsell, its officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, laws, or regulations, or your misuse of the platform.

Exsell is committed to protecting user information as set out in its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to data collection and use as described.

Exsell reserves the right to update, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the service at any time for operational, legal, or business reasons.
Breach of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of the use of Exsell will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Exsell may amend these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcements.
